So RPS has given importance to Yoga, paranayam, meditation, cricket, football, volleyball and other events to keep student health good as good health helps us quicker circulation of blood and better digestion of food.
Regular physical activity provides numerous health benefits - from leaner bodies and lower blood pressure to improved mental health and cognitive functioning. We believe that the School Physical Education and Sports Program should promote physical activity, should teach skills as well as form or change behavior, and should be able to influence health and well being across the life span.
